KAMIKAZE Stance Rim Coat Review – ESOTERIC Car Care

KAMIKAZE Stance Rim Coat information / purchase: http://www.esotericcarcare.com/kamikaze-stance-rim-coat/

True to KAMIKAZE-Collection’s philosophy of making easy to use, innovative, protective coatings, the new STANCE Rim Coat sets the standards within the detailing industry!

While most wheel coatings become sticky, and challenging to use, STANCE Rim Coat has been developed so that it is THE easiest to use wheel coating on the market. Additionally, the low-solvent and low-VOC formula hardly has any scent at all…unlike the highly toxic formulas used by other manufacturers that require the use of a respirator to even apply them.

The 30ml bottle is more than enough to do multiple coats on probably 6 sets of wheels (sized for professional use).

Expected durability: 1-2 years (depends on initial prep, how many coats, what kind of maintenance, etc).

Developed and hand-made in Japan!

did a set of wheels today with this; wow…incredibly easy to use and great looks. No tacky/sticky feel at all removing at around 15 minutes (75 degrees, low humidity). what a time saving, low ‘application anxiety’ product. Slick as can be upon removal.

And the quartered red pads as applucators? Fantastic.. much easier than other media.

Kenneth Epley says:

Will this make matte wheels glossy?

Hello, I just ordered Stance from you to coat a brand new set of satin black wheels I’ll be putting on my GT350. Quick question, rims are brand new, should I️ still use an iron out cleaner on these prior to wiping down with Prep? Or can I️ safely skip this step and just do a good wipe down with Prep since they’ve never been on the road?

Thanks for the help!

Which would you say is better as far as lasting? Gyeon Rim or Stance Rim?

How does this protect against dog pee. Dang neighbors dog.  Another question, how well do wheel weights stick to the wheel? Any issues.

I would thank a video on how to polish wheels, including all types. (chrome, aluminum, painted without clear coat)

everything I find on it is “this is a coating and this is how you apply it”. but WHY do I want to apply it? what sets a coated wheel apart from a regular wheel?

Is one bottle enough to do two sets of rims two coats or would I need a second bottle?
